Are you a copy biased content creator wanting to be part of a team in central London that corrects the work/life balance?
We’re a brand new boutique Sales Enablement Agency located in central London. We advise B2B clients in highly competitive industries how to engage more effectively with their prospective customers and ultimately, win more business.
After a strong start in August 2019, Alexander & Neighbour are planning to scale, increase our capacity and expertise throughout 2020.
With a high demand towards graphic, digital and written content creation, we’ll be appointing two new team members to bolster our London creative pod, who’ll work directly with the co-founders of the business.

Four Day Week
While we work hard, to a high standard we're determined for our community to thrive within a healthy and collaborative work environment. We've decided to appoint all new starters on a four day week to help promote a more positive work/life balance. We want our team to feel motivated, happy and healthy!
What you’ll be doing: We’re looking for a copy biased content creator to join our new creative pod. You’ll work directly with the co-founders producing graphic, digital and written content for both Alexander & Neighbour and our clients.
Your handiwork will be featured in Social Media posts, blogs, presentations, proposals, campaigns and websites. A passion for graphic design is an advantage, but not essential.
We’ll be your biggest fan if: You’re open-minded and continually seeking new and creative ways to develop your skills. Ethos and attitude are more important than experience; having the right outlook and being the right cultural fit is paramount.
You’ll have some experience in copywriting but will have an overall creative disposition and possess confident skills in using various creative tools and software. You’ll enjoy being empowered to make decisions and will relish the chance to showcase your new ideas and concepts.
Up to 25k salary
Central London Office
4 day week (Mon-Thu)
23 days holiday (pro-rata)
Monthly city breakfast catch-up
BSc/BA in Marketing, English, Journalism or a similar field
2+ years experience
Demonstratable copywriting experience writing compelling, unique copy for a range of different audiences
A self-critical, keen eye for detail
Some experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
Good grasp of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
The ability to work quickly and effectively to meet deadlines
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Be a team player
Be imaginative with content suggestions
Have strong time-management skills
See feedback as an opportunity to learn and develop - whether it's positive or constructive
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Have an eye for detail
Be able to produce and manage multiple project workstreams
Experience in creating digital/interactive tools (i.e. Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, AfterEffects)
Experience of web development - Design, UI, UX principles
Here's a hint: one of your first projects will be to write the first draft for one of our top blue-chip clients, it would be great to hear your thoughts when we meet.
